### Acceptance and Scope
By using lapso.at or booking at Lapso At Asís, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

### Reservations and Verification
You must be of legal age, and we may request official identification.
A reservation is confirmed once you receive our confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if there are indications of fraud or violation of house rules.

### Rates, Payments, and Damage Charges
Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.
No security deposit is required by default; however, we may charge the card on file for damages, excessive mess, extraordinary cleaning, or rule violations when supported by evidence (photos/videos, reports, CCTV).

### Cancellations
Please refer to the current policy under the “Cancellation” tab on the website.

### Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 pm
Check-out: until 11:00 am
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

### Capacity, Conduct, and Penalties
Each unit has a defined maximum occupancy, which must not be exceeded.
Exceeding the maximum capacity results in an immediate fine; failure to pay may lead to eviction.
Residential use only: no parties, no illegal activities, and full respect for neighbors and noise regulations.

### No Smoking
Smoking inside the apartments is strictly prohibited.
Smoking will result in an additional cleaning charge; failure to pay may lead to eviction.

### Pets (Pet-Friendly Units Only)
Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units, with prior notice and payment of the applicable fee.
Pets are not permitted in non-pet-friendly units.
In common areas, pets must be on a leash and under control at all times.
Any mess, damage, or odors caused by a pet will result in an immediate charge; failure to pay may lead to eviction.

### Security, Call Recording, and CCTV
Calls to Lapso At may be recorded for quality and security purposes.
CCTV cameras operate in common areas, hallways, elevator, reception, and rooftop terrace (not inside the apartments).
Access to recordings is restricted to Lapso personnel and used strictly for security purposes.

### Legal Compliance and Cooperation
By using lapso.at, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
In the event of a legal issue, we will provide relevant information and evidence to the competent authorities.

### Intellectual Property and Links
All website content belongs to Lapso or its licensors. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
Third-party links are provided for informational purposes; we do not guarantee their content.
